the staff was friendly and helpful.. they were always ready to assist with a smile. the location offers easy access to public transportation. proximity to the shin-okubo station made traveling easy. the japanese-style breakfast was satisfying.. i thoroughly enjoyed it.
the room was a bit compact, like most rooms in this city.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . the cafe attached to the hotel was very cozy and had a great vibe. i also enjoyed the little rooftop terrace, i used it a lot.
my room felt super dark, it seemed to lacked ventilation. the air conditioner looked really dusty, this was maybe because it wasn't used often.

the hotel has modern and clean amenities, which i appreciated a lot. i found the washing machines on site very useful, even though the dryers are not the best. the little cafe attached to the hotel was great.
the rooms are small, and i really struggled with luggage storage.

the single room included all necessary toiletries and was regularly cleaned by staff, ensuring comfort. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure, AMAZING!!! the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the location was excellent! it was close to shin-okubo station, a very convenient hub. the staff were super friendly and helpful!
The room was quite small, even for japan. there was also a strange card in the room regarding a fine for vomiting. It was a bit off-putting. i also found the room rate to be very expensive for the size.
